I am unable to text one particular number from my iPhone 5. This friend is with the same provider as me. She is able to send and receive texts from other numbers, as am I. The number is not blocked.
iPhone 5, iOS 9.2.1
What kind of phone does she have?
What kind of phone do the other people she can text with have?
Can she send you text messages?
Can you receive them?
Do you get any kind of error message when you try to text her?
Have you tried deleting then re-adding her contact information?

My friend has an old Nokia phone. She can't text me either. But... she doesn't have this problem with anyone else and neither do I,- regardless of their phone type.
I will try the deleting her details and re-installing them . Thanks
