Q: Facetime

Calling sister in Canada or vice versa using my Ipad mini retina, and her IPad generation 2 the calls ring, but are unable to connect. I use mine with my children, and have no problems. Any ideas how to correct?

My brother can never connect to me when he is calling me from France via FaceTime, but I can always connect if I call him back. Same devices, same connections. However, his Wifi connection is very poor, and so, that is the only thing that explains why the calls can only go one way for the connecting part. I would guess that if you tried to connect with her at a different location, the calls would go through.

    Just a thought....
