Unable to connect to internet

I cannot connect I Tunes to internet - yet I'm on the internet and it says I'm not. HELLO?????

i REMOVED ITunes, rebooted computer, reinstalled 64bit system - and STILL same message.

Just bought the I Phone 6Plus - CANNOT EVEN SYNC THE **** THING.

Help! \
