Text Tone Not Playing

Bought "Tiny Dancer" as a text tone and although it's listed, it will only play as a ringtone - not as a text tone even though it's listed as such. I have rebooted the iPone 6+ twice to no avail. I even bought it again and except for now seeing it listed twice, there are no changes. Any ideas?
