My device is charging, but not connecting to iTunes

I recently switched computers, and I uploaded the latest version of iTunes (12.3.2). However, when I plug in my two devices (iPod Touch 5th generation and iPhone 6S), they both charge, but neither show up on iTunes. Both devices are updated with the most recent software, I've tried uninstalling iTunes and re-installing it, I've used three different cords and nothing seems to work. Any help is greatly appreciated!
