Super Bowl? Nope.
Apple TV has been advertising the Super Bowl on CBS Sports app all week.
Super Bow starts?
App unavailable.
Well done.
PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

The developer is responsible for any app issue
Apple should accept responsibility for things Apple advertises. Were they perhaps surprised that people wanted to use the app? ;-)
Sorry, but Apple had nothing to do with the app. It is CBS who developed the app and their responsibility to fix it, the same as on any other platform.
Apple curates and approves all content on the App Store. This means they assume some resposibily
for the quality of the app. Otherwise it's the Wild West of android land. Sorry Apple. Some of us expect better from Steve's company
There is a difference between approving an app and the app then having an issue that the developer needs to address. Just like it applies to apps on IOS and OSX
It's was the cbs servers. It affected many devices/browsers - not just the Apple TV...
