Need workaround; AirPort doesn't support QoS for VOIP :-(

Seemed that Apple doesn't expect VOIP users to buy Airport routers, because it doesn't support QoS for VOIP. My phone service is not choppy and cuts out. How stupid. Does anyone know of a workaround?

AirPort Extreme/Time Capsule-OTHER, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
