iPad Air server not working but is working on iPad 3
i was writing a Word document and my iPad Air lost connection. My husband's iPad 3 is still connected to the server and is having no problems. I've tried shutting down the iPad, rebooting the router, resetting the network, renewing the lease, forgetting the network, clearing the history and even checking to see if my bill was passed due. I don't understand why nothing is wrong with his iPad and I can't even use mine with LTE paid data coverage. Please someone help. I am sick and i need my iPad. I am a senior citizen, but I understand a lot about the iPad. Thank you.
