That's nice. These are user-to-user technical help forums. Are you needing help with your new computer?
yeah i need to know if i have to use antivirus like in windows?
Not like Windows, you don't need to install anti-virus staffs on Mac OS X.
You do not need an anti virus app but you do need to take some precautions. See this article: Effective defenses against malware and other threats
Yes, you can I personally run Kaspersky.
I'm sorry but that's extremely false information. Macs are quite capable of getting viruses.

No anti-virus required. To help prevent getting adware and other things see:
Viruses, Trojans, Malware - and other aspects of Internet Security
Most Mac veterans agree that anti-malware software is very effective at removing cash from your wallet but otherwise not so much. It isn’t that no malware exists for the Mac because it does, but due to the way the Mac OS works: the user has to allow the malware to be installed and no anti-malware software can stop the user from doing something stupid. Anti-malware software simply gives the user a false sense of security and uses computer resources that are better used by useful software. IIIaaas provides some useful links as does BobTheFisherman.

Not many here would recommend any anti virus software. Kaspersky is not required and it may be affecting your computer's performance. Uninstall it and see if your computer performance improves. By uninstalling Kaspersky you will not get any virus'.
