Issue: apple ID is showing different at iTunes and at Safari

Question: how can I correct the Apple ID in iTunes and Safari? I bought a new phone and the clerk has missed spelled my Apple ID when filling up the ID into these applications,

I had try to reset the ID but is not allowing me. My Apple ID is correct on the Apple store,

Please help.
