Mac Pro 2x 3.46GHz

Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to shed a little light on why my processors drop in temp when under load ? I kinda thought they'd heat up.

These temps were taken while running Geekbench, Cpu's are running at around 60c at idle with a average Cpu 47c/48c with Ambient air inside Mac 35c

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Mac is designed to run its internal fans faster when measured temperatures inside the cabinet increase.

They do not go up substantially because your Mac is working as designed.
