people are receiving spam messages from my mobile with out my notice from fb and whatsapp... can any body suggest the solution

Remove both applications from your device, delete your accounts on both services.
ya done it and reinstalled, but the problem is still there.

due to the earlier case, i have unstalled my whatsapp and face book from my mobile completely.... but still people are able to send and receive messages from my whatsapp..i didnt reinstall again. how come this can happen......i feel it is spam
Uninstalling the apps from your mobile is not useful in this case, because the problem is not in your iPhone.
Your accounts have been compromised, so you should change your Facebook password. About Whatsapp, you should verify with your friends if the spam messages are originating from your phone number. If so, contact Whatsapp support.
