Error 0x80090318 in ITunes

I have been getting the error 0x80090318 in ITunes since last two days. I cannot sign into ITunes, cannot sync my IPhone, Cannot make purchase, cannot access apple music.

I have tried the following methods but without any success:

=> Ran command "netsh winsock reset" in Command Prompt.

=> Also ran the following commands

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh int ip reset netshlog.txt


=> rest the hosts file.

Windows PC-OTHER, Windows 10
