Cann't sign in iclouded

My brother Phone cann't sign in iclouded. This iclouded was created by shop seller, and he always used that iclouded. But recently he cann't sign in the icloulded.

How can we remove the iclouded but new iclouded?

You can only removed iCloud if you sign in with the correct Apple ID & password.

What kind of store is that?

You should never let the store sign in with their Apple ID, now they are the only one who can help.

I asked them but they us the incorrect password. We are in Cambodia.

My brother knows very little about technology. So he asked the shop seller to help him about Apple ID and Password.

Is there any way to help this?

No, there is no help for this.

Give it back for a refund, you cannot use the iPhone without the correct Apple ID and password.
