I can't open Safari - error message "Safari is being updated: Safari can not be opened while it is being updated.
I have kept Safari updated all along. There is no sign that Safari is being updated. My OS Yosemite 10.10.5 running on mac mini. Rebooting hasn't helped.
Anyone had similar issue? Suggestions anyone? Thanks
