I can't use the ibook in my country but I want to get the series of swift programming language. Can you help me

You should still be able to read the online/web version at https://developer.apple.com/swift/resources/
The iBook "The Swift Programming Language" matches the identically named webpage link in the Guides and Reference section.
The iBook "Using Swift with Cocoa and Objective-C" matches the identically named webpage link in the Guides and Reference section.
The "Swift Standard Library Reference" and "Start Developing iOS Apps (Swift)" don't appear to have any iBook versions.
