Iphone 5s iOS 9.2.1 fails to make BlueTooth connection

My new Iphone 5s under iOS 9.2.1 fails to connect with BlueTooth.

In some occasions he fails to see "visible blueTooth devices" cherching all

the time and when it sees a device as my MacBook Pro OS X 10.10.3 (Yosemite)

it fails to connect and if sometimes connected it fails to be paired.

It is the same with my Tomtom Go400 which need BlueTooth PAN option

and also with many other devices as with other Iphones 5 of my friends.

I have tried many solution proposed on serious internet sites and also made

complete reinitialisation but it continues to refuse any bluetooth connection.

Does anyone user have the same bad experience ?

Are these issues taken into consideration by Apple designers in order

to resolve it ?

What solution is proposed by Apple ?

I am sure anyone can understand the disappointment of users like of this marvelous device !

I consider it to be a major issue because it stop "contacts" transfer from my old mobile phone.
