I can connect to my wifi router at home and within 3 days my 1GB of data on my wifi router is finished.
I didn't do any software updates and i don't know what is using my data.
I connect to the wifi router as my cellular signal is not good at home, therefore if i connect to my wifi router, signal is much better.

Is the router on your home phone line if it is ask your network provider for a lot more data
I use at least 150G a month if you can get fiber optic unlimited about £16:50 a month in UK .

your post is very confusing, and really makes no sense.
If you're connected to WiFi, your iphone does not use cellular data, and therefore does not use any of your wireless data plan allowance. Please clarify your setup.

I think you have been using your mobile data instead of wifi go to settings on your iphone
Turn mobile data off then just use your WiFi at home and wifi hotshots when in town
Free wifi only turn on mobile data when you need it.
