Q: lost preview space above keyboard

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. 

I see that you want to show the suggestions that appear when using the onscreen keyboard. You just have to simply swipe up where the suggestions would show up, see the short line above the t/y keys. 

Hide and show the suggestions

You'll get three word or phrase options to use while you're writing a message. 

To show the suggestions, swipe up.

To hide the suggestions, swipe down.
