Can i restore lost data?

i Have an Ipad, Ios 9.2.1 and for a long time i have had problems with it( kind of very slow, brocked down easely,etc.) , and all because of my email( i think it was hacked). So i decided to change the email adress to my Appleid and Itunes. After that i made a backup in Icloud for all my photos and applications that i wanted to keep and then restore my Ipad.

i Reinstaled my Appleid( this time with the mew email created) and everiting went perfect except that i lost all of my data games( but they were instaled automaticly like the rest of my applications)

is there any possible way to recover them?
