I just deactivated an Apple ID.

I called up account security team and they deleted my account. The rest of the data will be entirely erased in one or two weeks. My question is that whether my iclo account will be deleted as well? And top of this, am I eligible again to activate a new iCloud account on my iPad (I have reached the account limit and I have activated them all on the same device, which is my iPad) ? Now that I have deleted one, I wonder if I can make it or not. Hope pros can help with me! Thanks!
