That is usually the intent if your parents or boss deem it appropriate.

Else if this is cause Mr. Al S. Heimer paid a visit when setting the code, you'll have to wipe the phone clean and set up as new (or restore from a backup that dates from before the restrictions where enabled). Restoring from a recent backup will only reinstate the restriction.
