Help to find my stolen iPhone 6s plus

Please help!

I bought iPhone 6s plus last month. I am new for ios. So that i didn't enable find my iPhone on my mobile. Now it's was stolen by someone.

Please please please help me to find my phone.

I have a IMEI number : 353288074718846

Can you please let me know if it's possible to change my mobile IMEI number from thief?

I already raised a case with police station. But they are not considering this as priority.

If it's possible to enable find my iphone through webpage(iCloud or Apple ID)?

So please help me to trace my mobile

I am awaiting for your good response.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1

If you did not enable Find My iPhone prior to losing the device, you cannot activate it remotely. You will not be able to track the device. I recommend you change any and all account information that you may have had on the device (credit cards, email passwords, etcetera) unless you are confident you had a strong passcode on the device.

Because i searched in Google and found so many articles to change IMEI on mobile.

IMEIs cannot be changed, unless the device is disassembled and parts are swapped out.

report the IMEI to the police and carrier when you report it stolen then in many countries they block the phone from being used as a phone

They don't even have to do that much. If IMEI blocking is not available from your carrier for that device, then it's perfectly usable as is since you did not have FmiP activated.
