iphone 6s plus dropped in toilet

I dried it off. It stayed on the entire time so i thought it was fine. Came home and plugged it in for the night. Now it has this weird line at the bottom of the screen that only shows up when its turned on. I assume its water. I've got it turned off and in some rice. I tried using a vacuum to get some water out and the line is still there unchanged. What do I do??

I've seen from apple that water damage isn't covered under warranty but does that mean they won't fix it?
