Cannot post to Apple Support Communities

Cannot post to Apple Support Communities

When I try to post a question, "Apple Support Communities" is greyed out. How can I gain access to be able to post in this forum? thanks.

You did post a question in Using Apple Support Communities. Look in the upper right corner.

Yes I was logged in. It showed a drop-down menu with all the forums/communities and the 'Apple Support Community' was greyed out. It gave me an error when I clicked on it, saying you cannot post to this forum. I think it is my lack of understanding of how it works. I thought I posted this to 'How to Use Apple Communities' ; ) Thanks for your response.
