When trying to read emails on Firefox I try and scroll downward and the color spinning wheel appears and sits for several seconds up to a minute before allowing me to go forward. This happens over and over. Very frustrating! What can I do to eliminate this?

it is possible that some element in one of the emails is corrupt = trying to display but cannot
can you be more specific about exactly what actions you are taking? take a screenshot of the moment the BBoD (Spinning Wait Cursor) appears?
Can you reproduce this behavior when choosing another WebMail (what provider?) folder? Sent for example.
