When I delete an email from my any device (iPad, iPhone or Mac) it doesn't automatically delete from all other devices iPad, iPhone or Mac) how do i sync all three so that if i delete from one it deletes on all?

Use an IMAP or Exchange email account.
I have a Mind Spring account through Earthlink.com, and I have a yahoo.com mail as well not sure what you mean by IMAP or Exchange Account?
Earthlink and Yahoo can be provisioned as IMAP, the question is how did you provision them for your usage.
Open Mail>Preferences>Accounts and the account type will be displayed near the top of the page
