That's a very sad story, although very vague and lacking any detail.
This is a user-to-user technical support forum. Meaning, other users just like yourself are the only ones here to talk to you. None of them work for Apple. And none of them are responsible for your internet service
Perhaps you'd like to rephrase your question, taking into consideration to whom you are actually speaking?
