How can I access an app store from another country to see if a specific app is available in that country?

By moving to that country, getting a billing address there and a credit card billed to that address or a gift card purchased in that country. You will also need to be in that country when you download the app.
Oh, let me clarify....I am presenting in another country and prefer to mention only apps available in that country. I do not wish to buy apps from that store, only to have visibility to availability and price.
You can click on the country's flag at the bottom right of the iTunes store pages on your computer's iTunes and select the country that you want to view - when finished log back into own account (Store > Sign In menu option), that should switch you back to your own country's store
