Facetime & Imessage

Hi, I have a problem with Facetime and iMessage.

Since I do not use them, I went to disable the settings, but keep coming posts, that the respective app charge me the cost on my manager, how can I fix it?

If there is a way to eliminate them let me know.

Can you please post your question in your native language. What you have written is nonsensical.

There is no way to eliminate the apps. You don't have to use them, but they cannot be deleted. So, that is why we need to understand your question 🙂

OK, thanks for the re-post but still not understanding what charge you are referring to? If you are not signed into either app, then they are not being used, so there would be no charges involved. If you are using iMessage (i.e, messaging to other iDevice or Mac users via Wifi) or if you are using FaceTime (i.e, using Wifi to connect with other iDevice or Mac users via Wifi) then there are no data or cellular charges associated with this type of usage.

Can you explain what you mean by charges?

Here's the translation:

THE fact is that my number I have not logged on iMessage , because if I do I send the code to unregister tells me that the number is not registered.

So somehow your provider needs to check on their ends.
