How Can I See .jpg Email Attachments on iPhone 6s

Hi,

I'm still having problems seeing or downloading .jpg files in Mail on iPhone 6s Plus.

File comes thru with 'Tap to Download' but does nothing.

I tried tapping & hold - nothing

I tried to 'Save' via arrow at bottom - nothing

These are small files.

I can see them on my laptop, Samsung Note 3 and any other device but not the new iPhone 6s Plus

I have read thru many posts but none of the 'fixes' seem to work

Your help would be greatly appreciated

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1

Howdy DennisDaMenace,

I understand that you're not able to download images in the Mail app on your iPhone, despite being able to download those same images on other devices. In such a situation it can often help to force close all open apps and restart your iPhone.
