Every game I download on my ipad is in german, and I don't speak german

When I download a game on my ipad mini, it turns out to be in german.. I don't speak german or live in germany.! I have tried everything but it is still on german.. I use the same apple id on my phone, and when I download the same game is in english! Please help me!!
