trying to print 2' x 3" photos

I have a Mac OSX 10.7.5

I am trying to print 2 X 3'' photos, 16 photos to an 8.5 X 11 photo paper. I've successfully printed them in the past but its been awhile and I have forgotten how I did it. I select my picture, and print, which brings up the print window. the problem is I can't seem to find the setting that will create the 2 x 3 pictures. It should show me in the preview window with the grid of the 16 photos, but it only shows one large photo.
