Only Straight Talk can unlock it. Contact them.
FYI: Net10 and StraightTalk are two different carriers. Net10 does not offer the iPhone.
StraightTalk does not offer unlocking. If you have an iPhone locked to StraightTalk, it can not be used on any other carrier. Sell it to someone who can use it and buy a phone you can use.
