fan switches on in standby

When I don't do anything with my MBP (Mid 2010, El Capitan) for approv 30minutes (screensaver is on) the fan starts blowing with max speed (noise, I have to disconnect during nighttime). And it does not stop for hours, when the Macbook is connected to power. As soon as I end the screensaver the fan speed goes down.

Because of that, I cannot identify the process which initiates the fan (=processor load) to run high. Console as well as EtreCheck are looking OK to me.

I did as you proposed

It seems as if startup is a bit faster after smc reset, but just a bit

The main 2 processes when the fan blows are the kernel task (14:19 minutes) an windowServer (3:32) everything else less than 1 minute
