Q: iPod touch 4G doesn't connect to Windows any more

I removed iTunes and all other parts of it from my computer in the given order, but it didn't work

I couldn't try the thing with "devices and printers" etc. because it doesn't show up anywhere there:/

also couldn't try to use an other computer or another cable

Anything else I could do?

Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit

newest Updates of OS and iTunes are all installed

I was able to try with an original Apple Dock (30pin) to USB cable and it worked, so the cable was the problem
