Q: how do I clear my computer to get it ready to sell?

I have a 2008 MacBook that I plan to sell, what do I need to do to clear all my personal contents from it? It's a 13-inch early 2008 that has OS X Lion installed 10.7.5. Thanks

Click here and follow the instructions. When you reach step 5, insert its original disk, restart with the C or Option key held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the internal drive, and install a fresh OS.
