There is no sim card slot on my i4 phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.2

Your post's title asks if an iPhone 4 has a SIM card. Your profile (at the bottom of your post) says you have an iPhone 4S running iOS 9.2. (The highest iOS version the iPhone 4 can use is iOS 7.1.2.)

Anyway, the CDMA version of the iPhone 4 does not have a SIM card.
