Exchange contained between two Macbook

Hello, I shall like knowing how to exchange the contents of two Macbook, being the one Macbook white with 2008 in version 10.6.8 and the other one Macbook Pro of 2011 in 10.11.2.

I shall like I can continue to use both devices but only to exchange their contents most simply possible.

thank you for your answer

What do you mean by contents?

The 2008 white MacBook can only go as high as Lion.

What specific MacBook Pro? the late 2011 ones will not run 10.6.8.

The early 2011 will not boot from the standard 10.6 DVD since that is 10.6.3 and those Mac require 10.6.8

Many apps for 10.6.8 will not run in a later OSX version

Many apps on the newer MacBook will also likely not run in 10.6.8 or 10.7.5 on the old Mac

While it may be possible to Migrate some aspects of a User account from one

computer (OS X Version) to another, there could be a loss of accessibility to

some of the content; where applications and/or permissions + privileges and

versions collude to preclude the possibility. Be sure to backup all Macs each

to separate externally enclosed storage drives, even if you don't merge them.

There may be a slight misinterpretation of names or ideas, behind this process;

so please describe the what and why behind the need to do this, if you will.

Thanks! 🙂
