Help - mail account will not open ?

Can anyone help? My mail account on my iPad will not open?

THe ipad is recognising that mail is coming in as the icon shows when I have new mail. I then click on the icon to try and open it and nothing?

I Have tried rebooting the iPad and deleting and re registering the mail account but nothing is working?
