Friends not showing in Game Center after 9.2.1 update

I noticed the other day that I have no friends showing in Game Center after updating to 9.2.1. When I go to Game Center, it either says Not Available; unable to load data due to network connectivity issues or errors; or it shows no friends and refers me to the Game Center set up. Network is working fine and I am able to download with no issues. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I also noticed Games does the same thing. On the Game Center home page it will show the number of games I have loaded; if I select Games, it alternates between no games or unable to load data. Is there a way to get this routed to Apple Support? I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue.
