I am trying to FaceTime a friend. I am located in The United States and she is in Australia. Every time it says its connecting and the disconnects? What is the problems Also I am on WIFI but not sure what she is on cell or wifi
FaceTime does work internationally, but not in all regions or with all carriers.
Get help if you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support
We can call each other and when it starts to connect then it disconnects we are both on WIFI
