Forgot security questions and rescue email adress

Good evening, I'm contacting Apple support since I'm having troubles with my "recue email adress".

I have an Iphone 4s with the IOs9.1. Everytime I go in the ICoud part of my device, i click "password and security" and it syas that there's an email pending for comfirmationn (I don't remember setting it up)

I tried fixing it via laptop, and when I go to the part of "manage account" to edit my email adresses, it automaticly takes me to my security questions (which i forgot)and it doesn't says anywhere to reseet my questions or rescue adress, which means (by several forums I've read), that I actually don't have a rescue adress. Since I'm currently not in the States I can't call for support or go to a Store. This is giving a really bad time.

Please help.
