Q: Best guesses on when Apple will get Apple Music back on all Apple TVs?
Folks -
Like others, I recently discovered that I was no longer getting the truly marvelous iTunes Radio for free. And yeah - it's a bummer - BUT I analyzed it and I really use iTunes Radio more than most things. So I signed up for the trial membership. I even went for the family package (hubby, kids...). But WHAT???? I did all of that only to find that even with a $14.99 per month Apple Music membership my Apple 3 TV will not support it!!! The main way I listen to music at my house is through my entertainment system - and through Apple TV. I work from home. I live on the beach. I'm there all the time. But now I can't get it through my Apple TV? How ridiculous... And it makes no sense from a business perspective. I've bought more music in the past year listening to iTunes Radio than I have in the previous 5 years combined.
So my question to all of you like-minded Apple loyalists (of which I have been until this point). How long do you think it will be until they change this stupid policy? I can get an Amazon Fire TV for $50 less than an Apple TV and get free Pandora. And I'm just disgusted enough to consider it. But it just seems so completely stupid that they are doing this from a business perspective... Oh where oh where is Steve Jobs when you need him?
