How do I upgrade my browser[Mac OSX 10.6.8] without having to pay anything?I was told online to use Firefox[upgrade it].Is there any other way to upgrade Safari?
Safari is part of OS X. You can't upgrade Safari without upgrading to a newer version of OS X. If your Mac is capable of running OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) you can upgrade through the Mac App Store for free.
If you can't upgrade OS X, you can download Safari or Chrome from the Internet and run one of those instead if they will do what you need.
