Gamecenter wont work with IOS 9.2.1

I Downlaoded IOS 9.2.1 on my ipad air 2 but now game center wont work. When ever I click on the app the screen goes white and just stays like it doing nothing. When I try to enter using settings it just freezes settings and it stays in the settings option I was in before, and after time nothing happens. Its really starting to stress me out, does anyone have an answer!?
