Midi clock on with all destinations selected in 10.2.1.

Since going to 10.2.1 my saved songs are loading with the MIDI clock turned on and blasting on ALL my MIDI ports. This slows the response of my control surface severely. Its easy to turn off but I thought that others who might be experiencing their MIDI stream being clogged up would like to know...Peace
