No I don't have that issue.
if you don't know the encryption to your iTunes backup, then you won't be able to use it.

Feb 8, 2016 3:46 PM in response to ShapiroPEby Jay-Ray,That is correct. You either guess the password or that backup will stay encrypted forever. The good news is that the password never locks so you have unlimited attempts. Since this is a local password that you created at some point, there is no way to reset it. The only way to turn if off without guessing it is restoring the iPhone and setting it up as new or from an unencrypted backup.

Feb 8, 2016 5:33 PM in response to Jay-Rayby ShapiroPE,Thanks Jay-Ray, but I was trying to create a new encrypted backup. I simply did not remember the password to the old backup and had no intention of restoring it. There was no way for me to backup securely my new data.
Apple system does not have a reset password option for the forgetful users, and is not forgiving even if you want to create a new secure backup.
