Connection to Denon Receiver

There's no optical audio on the 4th generation (which I previously used with the 2nd generation). Can I connect to my Denon Receiver using an ethernet cable?

No but you can get an adapter to split HDMI into HDMI plus optical or if your TV has an optical out you may be able to connect your receiver from your TV.

Thanks Winston. As I look at the offerings, I don't really understand the terminology. Do you have a recommendation or guidance which Splitter to HDMI plus optical I should get? (My TV doesn't have an optical out.)

I don't have one so don't have a recommendation as such but something like this is what you want to look for.
