How to Apple share a PDFs doc from my iPad to my computer

How can I transfer an email from my iPad to my non Apple computer when my email isn't working. Also, how can I send a file or pdf document from my iPad to my computer without the ability of email.

1. You don't need to "transfer" emails. Just set up the same email accounts on both devices, or log into that email account via a web browser on your computer.

2. Via iCloud, Dropbox, or any other cloud storage service that you use.
